Smt. Sumatiben Mahendrabhai Dave, wife of Late Mahendra Bhaishanker Dave passed away on October 9, 2007 at Webster, Texas. She was 74 years, survived by son Hemant Dave, Webster, TX and daughters Sushama Yashvant Jani, San Jose, Geeta Sanjiv Munshi, Los Angeles, and Kalpana Parishesh Bhatt, Houston, TX, and many grand children including SAREGAMAPA Challenge 2007 fame Mauli Dave. She sort lived with a well spread untreatable cancer detected two weeks before her death. She was very contented with Mauli’s progress in the competition and family had planned to attend Mauli’s grand finale on October 13, 2007.
