May 8, 2009Nagar Association, Maryland (NAM) celebrated Patotsav 2009..Nagar Assiciation, Maryland (NAM) celebrated Patotsav 2009 on Saturday April 25, 2009 in Greater Baltimore Temple. More than 200 nagars of all ages were gathered in colorful silky attires. It started with a procession of decorated palakhi of Lord Hatkesh around the temple in the parking lot and in the temple hall, followed by puja, abhisheck, reception, entertainment program, grand dinner with pan. October 7, 2008NATH (Houston) Navratri/Diwali Raas Garba function on Oct. 18, 2008Nagar Association of Texas Houston (NATH) will hold their annual Navratri/Diwali Raas Garba function on Oct. 18, 2008 @ Anjali School of Dance in Sugar Land. An electronic invitation has been sent to all registered NATH members. Please RSVP to the invitation to help the NATH committee organize a better function. NAM (Maryland) presents 'betha garba' on Oct 12 (click for updated information)The Nagar Association of Maryland (NAM) is holding a 'betha garba' program at Greater Baltimore Temple on Sunday, October 12th. Garba Starts - 4:00 pm. (performers should arrive at 3:30) Prasad will be provided, but feel free to bring some along if you would like.
